About the department:
The department provides teaching of general education disciplines at a high educational and methodological level.
The educational process is provided by highly qualified teachers who not only have in-depth knowledge of their subject, but also have teaching methods, use active forms of learning, and pay great attention to individual work with students.
One of the important tasks of the department is to use information technology in the learning process. In the educational process, the department’s staff combines traditional forms of academic teaching with the introduction of innovative technologies and techniques.
The activities of the staff of the Department of General Education are subordinated to the task of forming a communicatively developed and responsible, intellectually and spiritually rich, creatively active student personality, able to adapt to the conditions of the university, gain knowledge of general education disciplines and obtain a high level of competence in them.
The level of training provided by the department’s staff creates all the prerequisites for maintaining the student’s motivational and orientation sphere during study and mastering special subjects.

Plans, organizes, and supervises the educational, instructional-methodological, scientific-methodological, scientific, and research activities of the department across all forms of education.
Oversees the quality of all types of classes conducted by the department’s faculty and all forms of final assessment.
Monitors the quality and availability of methodological resources for the subjects taught within the department. Ensures timely organization of work to provide courses assigned to the department with the necessary instructional materials.
Supervises the preparation and publication of textbooks, educational manuals, lecture notes, methodological guidelines, and other instructional materials for the subjects assigned to the department.
