About the faculty of psychology at USFU
The Faculty of Psychology at Ukraine SFU offers professional training for students in the specialty 053 «Psychology» at both the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education. Additionally, it provides advanced training courses for professionals in specialties 053 «Psychology» and 225 «Medical Psychology».
The faculty integrates all modern achievements of Western specialized institutions into the educational process. This includes providing students with personal experience, group case reflection, and practical training through the establishment of an outpatient clinic and a research laboratory at SFU Ukraine.
Our goal is to establish modern global standards in science and education, emphasizing research activities, practical training for specialists, and collegial academic exchange of experience.
Our teaching staff is an international team of practicing professionals from Ukraine, Austria, and the USA.
Our mission is to integrate students into the international scientific and psychotherapeutic community. All students will participate in international events such as congresses, conferences, and round tables, as well as contribute to the preparation of international publications and presentations.

Helena Lazos
Develops the faculty’s development strategy across its areas of activity.
Coordinates the activities of educational and scientific departments within the faculty.
Oversees the organization and implementation of the educational process, including adherence to academic plans and programs, educational activities, and research processes.
Ensures quality control of student training, including all types of academic activities, exams, and assessments conducted for faculty students.
Responsible for the faculty’s personnel policy.
