The FUU builds its personnel policy on the principles of valuing professionalism, creativity, and dedication to education and research. The administration of the USFU makes every effort to ensure that the academic staff concentrates on research and teaching, while the work of administering the educational process is entrusted to educational management professionals.

  • Professor of the Department of Psychology – requirements: Doctor of Psychology degree, publications in the Scopus scientometric database, conceptual vision of the second-level study program “Psychology”.
  • Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology – requirements: PhD in Psychology or PhD degree, publications in the Scopus scientometric database, a conceptual vision of the implementation of the second-level study program “Psychology”.
  • Associate Professor of the Department of General Education Disciplines – requirements: PhD degree (Philology, Political Science, Law), publications in the Scopus scientometric database.
