Ukraine Sigmund Freud University announces admission to the study program “Sports Psychology”
The course “Sports Psychology” for future sports psychologists and coaches at Ukraine Sigmund Freud University.
With the development and popularization of sports in the modern world, the demand for sports psychology specialists in both amateur and professional sports is growing. This allows athletes to achieve better results and maintain a healthy psycho-emotional state before and after competitions.
A new professional development program from Ukraine Sigmund Freud University will start on February 5, 2025.
If you are:
- psychologist and want to expand your professional competencies and master a promising area of psychology;
- You are a sports coach and you want to improve the results of your athletes;
- an athlete and plan to become a coach,
This course will deepen your knowledge and give you the necessary tools to achieve your goal, namely: it will teach you methods of motivating athletes, overcoming emotional burnout, fear of failure and stress before competitions.
While studying at the Sports Psychology advanced training program at Ukraine Sigmund Freud University, students will study the theory of sports psychology, apply their knowledge in practical classes, through case formulation and reflective practice.
The training will last for 6 months in a convenient format: online or offline at the university (the lecturer teaches online).
Course lecturer – Dr. Anastasia Khomutova, Senior Lecturer at the University of Brighton, UK.
Dr. Anastasia Khomutova is a security consultant to European sports federations, member of the governing board of the European Federation of Sports Psychology (FEPSAC).
Upon graduation, graduates receive a licensed certificate of advanced training in sports psychology.
This will allow you to join the community of sports psychologists and become a professional in the modern field of psychology.
