Applying for admission
Attention!
A prerequisite for admission to the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at Ukraine Sigmund Freud University is the submission of an electronic application.
To submit an application in electronic form, an applicant registers a personal electronic account on the website at https://vstup.edbo.gov.ua within the time limits specified in the applicant’s calendar.
Applications must be submitted in paper form (due to the inability to register an applicant’s personal electronic account):
- in case of submission of documents by foreigners and stateless persons, except for persons with a permanent residence permit in Ukraine;
- in case of submission of a foreign educational document;
- in case of submission of a printed document on previously obtained education;
- in case of submitting an application for admission after the established deadlines for the operation of electronic offices of applicants;
- in case of impossibility to register an applicant’s personal electronic account or submit an application electronically for other reasons, which is confirmed by a certificate from the admission committee of the higher education institution.
To apply to the university remotely, you can use the “Application for Admission” service by filling out all sections (fields) and attaching the scanned documents or sending them to vstup@usfu.com.ua.
