Student self-government
Student self-government contributes to solving issues of education, self-organization, leisure, moral, ethical, cultural and sports development of students, helps them to take an active part in the life of the university.
The Student Council organizes or helps to organize events to celebrate holidays and significant events of the university and the country; annually participates in many seminars, forums, and conferences.
The student government promotes student involvement in musical, literary and entertainment events held at the university and in the city; in the professional orientation of future applicants, establishing creative relationships and cooperation with student councils of other universities in the country.
Representatives of student activists take an active part in university management: as members of academic councils of the university and faculties, delegates to meetings and conferences of the staff, they make important decisions on the university’s activities; approve expulsions and transfers of students; develop, discuss and approve draft regulations, orders, and instructions related to student education.
