Professional development program «Neuropsychological diagnostics and psychocorrection»
The goal of the certification program for professional development is to acquire and develop additional professional competencies for mental health professionals (psychologists), which contribute to solving and addressing current tasks and problems in the field of practical psychology and psychotherapy. Specifically, this involves the development and implementation of psychoprophylactic measures and neuropsychodiagnostics; building and using modern neurocorrectional psychotechnologies; conducting psychorehabilitation activities and programs within the framework of the qualification improvement course with the specialization «Neuropsychological diagnostics and psychocorrection».
The program includes the following educational components:
Theoretical foundations and key concepts of neuropsychology;
Methods for studying higher mental functions;
Features of neuropsychological diagnostics in childhood;
Neuropsychological diagnostics in old age. The problem of dementia;
Neuropsychology of trauma – diagnostics and assistance with PTSD, post-concussion syndrome;
Neuropsychological correction in childhood. Methods and principles of psychocorrectional work;
Working with neuropsychologists on post-stroke, post-injury impairments;
Reflection on practice under supervision.RECOMMENDATIONS for completing and formatting final papers of the students
Upon completion of the training
The professional development program «Neuropsychological diagnostics and psychocorrection» was developed by an international team of renowned scientists and practicing psychologists and psychotherapists (Ukraine, Austria, USA). All scientific and pedagogical staff involved in teaching the subjects are researchers and certified international practitioners in the field of clinical psychology, neuropsychology, neurocorrection, psychological counseling, and psychotherapy.
Upon completion of the training
The qualification enhancement program «Neuropsychological diagnostics and psychocorrection» was developed by an international team of renowned scientists and practicing psychologists and psychotherapists (Ukraine, Austria, USA). All the scientific and teaching staff involved in the course are scientists and internationally certified practitioners in the fields of clinical psychology, neuropsychology and neurocorrection, psychological counseling, and psychotherapy.
All participants will receive a certificate and a certificate of qualification enhancement from Sigmund Freud University Ukraine.

Lecturers
Training in the qualification improvement program will help you acquire the following knowledge and skills:
- Analyze and interpret psychological phenomena, identify psychological problems, and formulate strategies for their resolution.
- Choose and apply reliable psychodiagnostic tools in your practical activities.
- Determine the preliminary clinical/psychological/pathopsychological diagnosis, functional state, and perform differential diagnostics in accordance with modern disease classifiers.
- Develop and implement a psychocorrectional and psychotherapeutic process plan, taking into account the symptoms, requests, and individual characteristics of the patient.
- Resolve ethical dilemmas based on legal norms, ethical principles, and universal human values.
- Develop your own professional practice and expertise.
